C9 is a complex combination of hydrocarbons obtained by distillation of residual oils from the steam-cracked of petroleum or natural gas. It consists of hydrocarbons having carbon numbers predominantly in the range of C9 through C10 and boiling in the range of 150°C to 210°C (302°F to 410°F).
